Stureplan should definitely be a point of your Christmas Eve route. There is no other place in the world that has this Scandinavian spirit.
After shopping you can go for ice-skating and have a great fun with your family and friends. It’s a well-known place where mostly foreigners come. Thus if you feel like meeting new people it seems to be an ideal place for that.
Spend your time with family
Travelers of all ages will highly appreciate Stockholm museums. Anyway, there are also some activities aimed mainly on families with little kids. For example, you could go with your children to Stockholm circus. They have a large number of performances for the kids and adults. Your family will have really much fun! Stockholm circus is a must-see place for any tour with family.
Another pleasant thing is ferry. Find a ferry near the Opera and go for a fantastic tour around the see area. But please don’t forget that windiness is not good for that. There are warm and thick buck skins on board for those who are cold. You can delight your eyes with magnificent views from the ferry if the weather is nice.
