Skansen belongs to the most remarkable places in Swedish capital. Since 1891 Skansen has been the most interesting open-air museum in Scandinavia. Connoisseurs of the local architecture will be incredibly happy. Another great thing is that guests can get inside of most of the old buildings. You just need to come during the last evening before Christmas and see yourself those old bakeries, forging shops and post offices.

Ice-skating is a great thing after shopping, the skating rink is not fat from Stureplan. People from abroad like that ice-skating rink and often go there. Therefore the rink is the most suitable place for striking up new acquaintances.
Spend your time with family
The museums of the Swedish capital are great for both young and adult people. Anyway, there are also some activities aimed mainly on families with children. For instance, you could go with your children to Stockholm circus. They offer a large number of performances for the kids and adults. Your kids will be happy and thankful, don’t even doubt! Family time should be spent in interesting places like Stockholm circus.
Ferry trips are fascinating as well. Find a ferry near the Opera and go for a great tour around the see area. Anyway, please keep in mind that severe wind is not a suitable weather for sea tours.
